Most in-stock pieces ship within 5–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items take 6–10 weeks. We will email you a tracking link and schedule a two-hour delivery window that works for you.

Our guarantee covers structural integrity — joints, frames, and moving parts. If anything works loose, cracks under normal use, or a finish fails within 10 years, we repair or replace it at no cost to you. It does not cover damage from misuse or exposure to extreme humidity.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for stock items in their original condition. Custom pieces are non-returnable, which is why we encourage you to request a free sample of your chosen timber and finish before ordering.

Wipe spills promptly with a dry cloth. Oil-finished pieces benefit from a light application of wood oil every 6–12 months. Keep furniture away from direct heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight to prevent uneven drying. We include a care card with every order.
